Default [Q]Signing an update archive on the Note 3

I've tried several signature tools both on the Android and on my Linux machine and I can not get any of those signatures accepted by the stock recovery program. Has anyone succeeded?

I use an app from the Play Store called zipsigner.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...ood.zipsigner2

Been using it for over a year, and have never had a problem with it being recognized by clockworkmod, team win, or safestrap.

Edit:
Just realized you said stock recovery. I'm not sure that stock recovery you will recognize anything but the file signed by Verizon or Samsung. Anybody else know this for sure or not?
