Question [Q] s-off rumrunner not working

Hey guys,

Probably yet another questen about this but I cant seem to get to the answer.

I have a German HTC with unlocked bootloader (through htcdev)
cid: t-mob101.
HBOOT: 1.54.0000
Radio: 4D.18.3250.18
OS: 2.24.111.5
recovery: TWRP touch

I have been trying for hours to get my phone s-off.
first with revone, but that didnt work because if the HBOOT vers.
Then moonshine but that didnt work either.

Now I hear promising things for the rumrunner but I keep getting stuck after the second boot to fastboot.
I should continue but it just says : FATAL: download updated package.

I am using RumRunners 0.50 for windows.
av, firewalls ar all down.

I just cant seem to get it to work.

Here is the getvar:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.54.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4D.18.3250.18
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main: 2.24.111.5
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-ON
(bootloader) serialno: HT34AW901272
(bootloader) imei: 354436053928428
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m7_ul
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0710000
(bootloader) cidnum: T-MOB101
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 4315mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: on
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-d16dc66985
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0

I really want to get it s-offed so if anyone could help me?
I allready installed the Guru reset rom and tried again but to no avail.

After a day or 2 i'm at a loss.

Hope someone can help me.

I solved my rumrunner issues by downloading and booting into ubuntu 32bit. Not 64 bit. No need to worry about drivers. Just download the linux version of rumrunner, open a terminal, navigate to the extracted rumrunner folder and follow the rumrunner instructions. Worked the first time for me. Windows gave me nothing but headaches...hope this helps

Thanks, I will go and try it then.
I read something like that before but i'm not really good with linux so hoped I could avoid it.
But well I will go and give it a try

I will report back when there is news.

It worked like a charm!

First try.

At first I thought it whould be difficult but the website of RumRunners is the only instruction I needed.
