Phone [Q] Stuck with only bootloader and TWRP Recovery, no OS, help?

Long story short, I got a new phone, so I was going to reset this one back to it's original state. Mixed up some things, derped hard for a moment, and now the phone has no OS, and only it's bootloader and TWRP Recovery... how do I fix this? lol

You can bring it back to original state by flashing an RUU

That's what I'm trying to do. But when I run the .exe and look for the rom.zip, it says there's an error and it may be corrupted and I can't do anything with it
