Default [Q] HTC One Stuck in boot

SO I was on insert Coin 7.0.6 and Running the stock Kernel but I wanted to try teamMseven's Kernel. So I downloded V4 performance and flashed through picking all stock options. But when it came to reboot I didn't choose to reboot within Aroma. I, after the install was complete, went through the TWRP Reboot option and pressed reboot system. It started to reboot and right now it is stuck on the Green HTC logo with the red writing at the bottom. It doesnt change from that screen so I don't think it would be classified as "bootlooping"

I have tried holding the power Button and the volume down button for a long period of time with no luck. I have tried just the power button to no avail. I don't know what to do other then wait until it dies and try the bootloader thing again. Any Ideas?
[insert really cool inspiring quote here] If I helped you thank me

I flashed v4 performance from the teamm7 thread for the HTC one. SO it was the correct file.
Anyways I let it die plug it in and pressed the power and volume down button. and then I flashed insertcoin again and it booted up

Thanks for all the help.
