Default Downgrade firmware?

I have international S4A. There was update in November to new 4.2.2 mk3, since the update im having problems with music player it's pauses music playing, battery drain, overheating and RAM management problems. I want to go back to previous firmware, it is safe to just flash it? i cant find any guides for S4A

It´s safe.
Not exactly a downgrade because both are 4.2.2... Do it through Odin.
