Question [Q] How do you know if your Galaxy S3 is on the official or leaked version of 4.3 ???

I have a galaxy s3 that i need to downgrade bcuz of networking issues and becuz i rather 4.1.1 or 4.1.2.....but i'm seeing where u should #NOT downgrade from stock 4.3 but you can downgrade if you're on the leaked version of 4.3...

1. How do you identify which version is which?

2. Can i really downgrade it if it is the leaked version?

3. What do i need to downgrade?? and #instructions would be greatly appreciated ._.

1: to find your version check settings/about phone/ baseband version. You will see the end of the string is MJB, or MJ2....etc
Official = MJB Leak = MJ2

2: Yes

3:See here. If you are on the leak, this is where you will find all your answers.http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2498233
If you are on stock, you can still flash ROMs, just be absolutely sure that they do not contain bootloaders. See third post here as reference. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2558311

Flashing ROMs - 60% of the time, it works every time!

step 1 will give him his modem info and not his bootloader.
He should install Root Checker by Free Android Tools from Google Play. That will show the bootloader
