Force your phone to stock recovery .....see if this work.....Hold (VolUp+Home+Power) at the same time>Let go power button when u feel the vibration while still holding both VolUp+Home key until u see Samsung Galaxy S4 black splash screen with small tiny reboot recovery..... text on top left......then u can let got both key....that's should bring u back to recovery. If it does choose reboot system see if Safestrap menu "recovery or Continue" splash screen show up? If it does click recovery and active your STOCK ROM SLOT. If SS Menu "Recovery or Continue" doesn't show up ....by any chance that u know what firmware that u are on before? is it MF3 or MK2 since u didn't give enough information so other XDA member won't be able to help u.............. Check my thread either u are on MF3 or MK2
| ★ UPDATE.ZIP ★ | ►AT&T★MK2◄ | ★ UNBRICKED ★ | ★ Dec.30.2013 ★ | If u are on MF3,go download MF3.tar files that i linked at OP....If u are on MK2 go to post 3 to UNBRICKED ....Hope this help u fix your problem....Hit THANK button if this helped u anyhow......
