Default Root tool failure?

I flashed my D801 to stock because I accidentally wiped both internal data and system in recovery. Now when I try to root using the root tool, I get this. It says the apk is installed already (because I tried it multiple times) but the actualy binaries required for root arent being pushed (probably because it can't mount system)
