Guys/Gals,

I'm trying to revert my HTC One back to stock.

HBOOT - 1.44.0000
RADIO - 4A.13.3231.27
MAINVAR - 1.28.771.6
Carrier - Three UK

I cannot seem to find an RUU for my device?

I'm stuck on the Bootloader screen & unable to boot up due to "Security Warning" appearing when I try. I've figured out this is due to the fact I've got a custom ROM on my device (Google Play ARHD)... I've tried installing RUU M7 UL JB 50 HTC Europe 1.28.401.7 Radio 4A.13.3231.27 10.31.1131.05 Release 310878 Signed but I get an error on the installer saying Error 131 : Customer ID Error You are trying wrong region rom

Can anyone help me please? I'm kinda stuck here.

thanks

you wanna take a look at my guide, and see if that helps any: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2541082

Once S-Off, I recommend to STAY S-OFF.

Hi there,

thanks for your response.

I've just re-unlocked my bootloader - that seems to have sorted the problem.

Now time to reflash a rom..

The reason I wanted to go back to S-ON was so I could send my device back to HTC for repair.

thanks again

if you're not s-off already, you can use this ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=250

and please follow the guide step by step, it's written that way to avoid a "tamper detected - rebooting" and TAMPERED is back. if you have any questions or something doesn't make sense, please ask before proceeding.

cheers
