Default Root 4.3 c6506 locked bl

I have updated to the journalist version of 4.3, it is possible for me to root using any method?

Im in the same boat, updated to 4.3 and want root. I can unlock the bootloader, but (bear w/ me im new to sony, HTC guy) I see suggestions to back up DRM keys, and inorder to do that you need root, there's the rub. Any input would be appreciated. Thx

That method above will work for you,
I cant do that because my Bootloader is locked by my carrier
