can i use any kernel who is based on cm 10.2?
with stock cm my home button isnt working, i enabled it on menu

Look in anykernel thread. There are actually all kernel that you can use. Flash one of them and you can look which one is the best for you.
The best for me is iodak kernel

If you already request a kernel for vanir in Development Section, than build your kernel by own !
