Default F180L with cm11 can't focus camera

Update:
I reverted to original rom , camera still can't focus , seems like a defective unit.

Original post:

HI ,I recently got an korean F180L , I rooted the device and installed CM11 nightly.

I've noticed however , that it seems to be impossible to get a decent shot with the camera, it seems like most of the time the focus fail (red ring) and even when the device claims to be able to focus (green ring), the pictures seem very bad.

I tried the killing mm-qcamera-daemon method but it didn't help much.

I have a saved logcat of taking a picture (if anyone would like to check it)

found this nice line :
E/mm-camera( 5243): af_set_focus_mode: Failed: Unknown AF mode
can it help ? no idea.

anyway , here are some crappy shots I took

Try using 3rd party camera app like Focal or Snap HDR.
