Accidentally deleted my rom and recovery also not working

Default Accidentally deleted my rom and recovery also not working

I accidentally deleted my rom from my htc one s and recovery is also not working.
when i go to clockwork recovery mode at the bottom text comes E:/cant open cache/log and it shuts down the phone
i've spent almost 7 hours trying to find solution but cant find anything and i cant update my rom by fastboot cause it says Archive does not contain
android-info.txt
someone help please

Did you try to flash a new recovery?

yes i tried it many times but i encountered the same problem everytime

now recovery is working again somehow but its still unable to delete cache and delvik cache .
everytime i try to flash custom rom by adb sideload it stucks on "deleting cache and delvik cache"

Default fastboot erase cache

Try erasing your cache partition from bootloader.
Get into fastboot USB mode and:
fastboot erase cache
