I have an original Galaxy Tab 10.1 keyboard dock such as the below:

I now bought a new Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 and I would like to find out whether anyone has had success in physically modifying this dock to work with the P605 ? (Which also abviously implies changing the connector from 30 pin samsung, to micro-USB

Any advice would be appreciated

There is a dock for the N10.1-14 and it's based off the old one apparently with the 30 pin proprietary connector being replaced with a microUSB port. This is from a Samsung ad running in Singapore.

Thanks... but my intention is not to spend money on this type of thing again. I'm looking for a way to modify my existing dock. Cutting the plastic where necessary and installing a different connector.
