[Q] Un-rooting?

I've been reading and I'm unsure if LG G2 can be successfully un-rooted for warranty purposes.

Even there, some commenters say that it didn't work.

The G2 rooting thead is a bit divided, some folks say that once the root checker is tripped it can't be reset, others it can.
So I'm asking for some clarification and experiences.

install again stock rom with kdz, after that hard reset your device, you will be unrooted

I just hate the root and lose warranty crap they got going on these days.
