Help, I want to go from CM10.2 to Rooted Stock 4.3

I have TWRP installed. Is there a rom that would give me a rooted stock 4.3 version of the Telus rom?

Not through recovery. You'll have to flag it through Odin.

Make sure you back up all your important pictures etc. This will wipe your internal SD.

Yes there is, here you go. And you can flash it through recovery. I have done it with the Telus version. It does not contain the new problematic bootloader. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2558311
