Please quote your customer reference number when contacting Samsung.
Dear Ethos,
Thank you for contacting Samsung.
I can advise you that all of our mobile devices come with a
manufacturers 24 month warranty.
As long as you have proof of purchase showing that the device was bought
within the last 2 years, then it is automatically within warranty.
Alternatively, if you do not have proof of purchase, there is still a 24
month warranty on the phone from the date of manufacture.
I can see from the purchase date that you have supplied us on your
account (10.12.2013) that this phone is well within in warranty.
Therefore if you have any issues with the device we will be able to help
you with it.
If you require any further assistance, please contact Samsung again and
we will be more than happy to help.
Kind regards,
Ryan

Dial *#06# to see your device IMEI -> Only tell me if is the correct one. Every mobile phone, GSM modem or device with a built-in phone / modem has a unique 15 digit IMEI number. Based on this number, you can check some information about the device, eg brand or model.

I see all correct here. The unique thing u can do is update it by Kies 3. Try if u can call and if u still having the advice "no service network" u can get it to the service center :highfive:
