Default What version of super su is recommended?

Currently using superSU Pro by chainfire, but all of a sudden its not updating, and I lost root for titanium backup, yet retaining root for root explorer and KT tweaker....

Running Rasta 4.4.2, KRT16S, Dec. 2nd build with KT Manta 3.4.74

Any advise / information is welcome. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Did you try going to the app settings and enabling Titanium manually?

Hi,

Open the app, there will be an "Apps" tab, check if Titanium is there and it's marked to accept.

Negative.. I do have Root Explorer and KTweakerT though.. weird.

I also manually updated to v1.86Pro. There is nothing even under logs... I've attempted to remove and reinstall TB without success.

The other weird thing I've noticed is that when I reboot into recovery, I have multiple paths I can search for a zip: -0, -11, -clockworkmod, -legacy, and -obb... ???

Hi,

What exactly happens when you open TB? If you can still see Root Explorer and KTweaker you should be able to use TB.

That recovery thing is not a problem, it's only showing some paths... Why it happens, I don't know, but I think it's not the issue here.

If nothing more can solve it, you should completely unroot and root your device again.
