I'm tying to ROOT the virgin mobile galaxy s3 sph-l710. Every time I flash using odin it works and passes but when I go to reboot in recovery its just the stock recovery. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Root and recovery are two separate things. If you have Root, you can try downloading GooManager from the Play store and then use "Install OpenRecoveryScript" from GooManager (use the three dots and it should be right there) to install TWRP.
