Im trying to avoid buying anything until im sure of what I wanna do though, (don't want a whole bunch of paid apps not being used)

I'm another Yahoo Weather user. It looks beautiful. I'm usually more likely to just use Google Now, though, whether it be a widget on my homescreen or me just opening the search. It's pretty clean looking and easy!

I use 1weather for forecasts, alerts and widgets (which are awesome). For radar I use MyRadar...

Together both these apps met my needs!
Phones: ATT Tilt - iPhone 3g - iPhone 3gS - IPhone 4 - iPhone 4S - HTC One X (stolen) - Samsung Galaxy S3 - Samsung Galaxy S4 - HTC One M8 - Samsung Note 3
Tablets: Nook Color - HP Touchpad
