I'll report back in case it works and can be helpful.
Well it's a no go on the fastboot to flash a zip got an error on running the command

archive does not contain 'android-info.txt'
archive does not contain 'android-product.txt'
error: update package has no android-info.txt or android-product.txt

That's the wrong TRWP image, though the CWM one looks like the correct one. Try flashing the TWRP for the Verizon HTC One from the DEV forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2416431 and report if it works.

Thank you. Teamwin's site doesn't differentiate. I guess it was FlyHalf who ported it over. So goddamn confusing.

Thanks for you help guys. I really appreciate it.
