Is there any way to disable the phone - inbound calls - on a SM-P605 without disabling the 3G/4G data?

If it's rooted, go nto System>Apps>Phone'apk (can't remember what its called) and change to .bak...
Phone Apk now disabled but able to be turned on again if needed. Might throw up a few errors though...

I think applocker is a simple solution without root

In this way you don't block calls but make them silent.
