I have done nothing to my HTC One GPe.

It died, i charged it. Charges VERY slow and reboots fast boot somewhat randomly.

Three flags at the top:
*** TAMPERED***
*** LOCKED ***
*** SECURITY WARNING ***

It will boot up but eventually crashes.

Factory reset doesn't work, it just restarts back to the bootloader.

This is rather worrisome! Any ideas?

I had the same problem today. Fastboot >>> clear cache >>>> flash recovery >>>>>>>>>>>> boot into recovery. Above user sucks.

Did you flash GPE or was it that already? Very odd for it to be "tampered" without you having done anything.
