[Q] Battery drops to 95% once charged fully?

I had the same thing happening with my sgs 1. Really nothing to worry about.

What I find is I leave my phone and plugged in for at the very least 10 minutes after it reaches 100% and only then does it discharge normally.

Asides from that my phone also drops to 95%

Didn't realise this problem was so prevalent.
Becoming less bothered about it now.
But will do a full drain and charge with it off on the weekend.

I have the same issue and I usually do what "Jonny68" does and it works

I've read somewhere that it is intended like this by hTC to protect the battery

Tried the charging while off option, didn't let it discharge to 0% however but that seems to have worked as I finished charging about an hour ago and it is still at 100%.
