So I have been browsing around but seem to only find stuff for non Verizon services for the Galaxy S4 on this issue. I want to be able to disable my 4g LTE but keep the CDMA/HDR so I can make and receive voice calls, texts etc.

What I have done so far is go through the band selection on service mode under CDMA but only options I get are

CDMA_HDR_LTE_Only Default setting
GSM_WCDMA_Only
LTE_Only
CDMA_LTE_Only
CDMA Only - Keeps me at 1x speeds on data. No calls, texts, less than 20kb/s data.
HDR_Only - 3g Connection, can make outgoing calls and texts but can't receive calls.

Am I suppose to be going through another directory in Service mode to disable LTE? In this situation I went
CDMA -> Common -> Next page -> Next page -> Pref Mode Set.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, I tried to look around but can't seem to come up with anything that will help me out.
