I want to send my phone to have the main camera sensor replaced (it had damaged pixels).
It's not a warranty repair, as I'm not in the country where I bought it.
If they open the phone to replace the sensor, do they re-seal the phone so it retains it's waterproofing?

I would not beleive they do, even if they claimed so

Why is that mm79k? I assumed the seal was just rubber, is it glue based or something? I've been trying to find a repair manual but am not having any luck myself

If it's not Sony Center to do that I will be not sure they do. Via warranty they have to so I will think to get another device or get it replaced.
