now you are on unlock BL , root with that http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2440375

you can use fastboot mode to flash a custom kernal to use then CWM

yea i did that already but im afraid ill go through all this again when i try to flash any rom !

Just try CM or PAC, those roms work fine. There was another case on here of somebody who had the same problem when flashing a MAHDI rom.

Just read the thread of the rom before you start flashing, or at least read the last 5-10 pages so you know what the status of a rom is about.

Hope you get a nice new rom on your phone! I'm using the CM10.1 29.10.2013 build from ubberlaggydarwin for a long time now without ANY problems, just working perfectly, it's here:

Otherwise you might try FreeXperia roms. Up to you. Enjoy.

i flashed Vanir AOSP and its flawless So thank you Guys for your help

this is one advice , if you want full stock rom just use Sony Update Service , you can download it official sony website
My Device : Xperia SP
Model : C5303
Root : Yes
ROM : eXistenZ Ultra 3.3.0
Bootloader : Unlock

Maybe something wrong in the .zip-file. Happens when you try flashing a ROM you haven't fully downloaded
