Not possible... ppi is tied to hardware, and unless you're skilled enough to tweak the GPU and change the LCD screen, it is not possible. Might as well buy a new phone.
The most we can do is gain more screen real estate by reducing the DPI. Even after reducing DPI everything is still very pixelated due to low ppi.
