Unhappy So I let cwm prevent restoring stock recovery on boot; am I boned?

is there some way to fix this so I can get back stock recovery? I didn't realize that it would stop me from installing any updates at the time.(or that it didn't really work properly to do anything)
Seems I may have just gimped my shield permanently. ;~;

You should be able to flash a stock recovery.img through adb. You are far from gimped.
