Default [Q] How to Flash ROM Galaxy Young

Hey, anyone know how to flash ROM? I want change my stock ROM to CM7

I did not mean download link.
I mean XDA forum page/ source where you got the download link.
The reason I am asking because if it contains kernel then different instructions, if doesn't contain kernel then other different instructions you have to follow.

Download the ROM. Put it in root of your SD card. (Root of SD card means not in any folder. It is where Android, bluetooth, DCIM download is)
Shut down and go to CWM.
Go to mounts and storage. Format system, data, cache. DO NOT FORMAT SD CARD
Go back to main CWM and wipe data, wipe cache.
Go again to mounts and mount System, data, cache
Go back and Install zip from SD card, Choose Zip and Flash.
Come back to main menu, Wipe data and reboot.
Thats it. Ask me if you have any problem.
