Default Lost the phone, no service.

So I upgraded to a new phone but I want to keep paying with my droid 4. It has no service, but the WiFi should still be on. I had it on a charger the last time I touched it, but I guess I moved the charger somewhere, and I can't find my phone anywhere. Is there anyway I can get the ring tone to play, or force a song to start playing in play music or Apollo remotely? I'm sure I could get a notification to play but I have the same stuff signed into my new phone, and I haven't heard my d4 go off in a while. So either the battery has died or I wouldn't be able to hear an alert from where ever it ended up.

Android Device Manager is a google app that will ring your phone and give you GPS coords if it is online. If it's dead then you're up a creek without a paddle.
