Well, if you prefer Waze over Here Drive (I don't), it's available...
Win8/Windows RT projects:
List of desktop apps for hacked RT devices

WP8 projects:
Native Access WebServer and Libraries
WP8 Interop Unlocks
Storage Cleanup tool

WP7 projects:
XapHandler, Root Webserver, OEM Marketplace XAPs, Bookmarklets collection (Find On Page), Interop-unlock hacks.

Do not private message me with questions that should have been posted on the forum! Not only are you wasting your time - I'm not going to bother writing an answer to such a question for only one person - but I will probably block you from PMing me in the future as well.

if we talking about offline navigation's apps, here is from best to bad from my point of view:

1. Nokia Here Drive+ is excellent and much better than any pay navigation app... also can install global licence with proxy trick if not available for your phone (Lumia 520 for example) in navigation missing some features but in overall give most for nothing
2. Navigon is expensive but every few month have price discounts, and dont have my local language (not important for me but in android and iPhone my local language is available)....
3. Copilot not bad but in some region of my country routing is very bad and give terrible and longer routes...

Nokia Here Drive+ uses the same maps (navitel) and speed limit database as Garmin. This makes it superior, in my opinion, as those are the most accurate. Navigon uses the same databases as Garmin as well, but doesn't offer any significant benefit over Nokia's offering. In fact, Nokia's is better in my opinion. CoPilot has outdated maps, maps that are just plain wrong, and the speed limit database is very sparse.

To me, the only two options are Here Drive+ and Navigon... and only Navigon if you don't have a Nokia.

I'm a very picky GPS user, and only use offline GPS apps.
