I couldn't get onto the play store on my rooted Moto G and it said no connection, I looked online and it said to wipe all the data, so I did ( I wiped my backup ), Now I can't sign in as it says that I cant connect to the servers, so I looked around and it said to fix this I have to use adb, so I plug my phone in, put usb debugging on, and it says no devices are found, I cant install any app as it says there is a parsing error, im on 4.3 JB and on the retail GB stock firmware, im rooted and my bootlocker is unlocked, thanks for the help in advance ahah.

To fix this Issue I found it takes about 5-10 minuets, just follow this tutorial.http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2542219
