Why exploit MJ7 rather than ME7?

I see most of the exploit efforts here are mainly centered around MJ7. Is this simply because it is the latest release? I would think finding an exploit in ME7 would be easier, but im not a programmer...just a wannabe.

I think the same issues aside from Knox on mj7 are the same ones pretty much for me7. The bootloader is locked down.
That and everyone wants to be on the latest and greatest which would be mj7/mk2.
I'm no programmer either just my thoughts.
