Default [Q] Ubuntu for Android?

i just discovered this features on ubuntu ..my question is can our device (T, TL, TX and V) do this?

I am going to quit Android as soon as their is a safe, functional alternative.

I will be going to leave you here hunting the latest version numbers and craving for new releases with no relevant changes except a higher version number, and features that do not help anyone on this earth to have a better live, do the job faster or live more comfortable and safer. Therefore, Google is counter-productive and destroying our economical development.

I think the latest update to their Play Services is terrible.

And I am very sure I am not the only one.
