honestly it is not the real cause.

i personally dont turn off these 2 options, and dont have problem with battery.
but sometime (ONLY sometime), the Android OS also eat my battery. Just reboot the phone and no more problem

So try to reboot your phone?

It's a AndroidOS Bug

Google rolled out a new GOOGLE PLAY SERVICE

It seems it helped. My Note is Bug free since 6 Days

Now you can wait until your country is the next, or download it exclusive on Dropbox or search by yourself
