Default [Q] What is the current replacement phone?

A friend of mine just damaged his Thunderbolt and is sending it back for insurance replacement. Just wondering what to tell him what to expect in the way of replacement. I am assuming that he will not get another Thunderbolt. Anyone do this recently, and if so which phone did they replace it with?

It could range from a rezound to a incredible 4g I would guess. I've only ever seen reports of people getting sent a rezound though but it is pretty close to being phased out completely I'm sure.

Have not heard from him yet, but he was hoping to get a newer model.
