Noob here,

I noticed some apps like Firefox, Dolphin, a SSH program I downloaded called JuiceSSH, and sometimes start in the background when my phone boots. Is this suspicious?

I have Malwarebytes on my phone I am unsure is this is sufficient antimalware. My phone is d2att running Slimkat.

No, it loads in background ram's cache to be easily loaded when launched. It is nothing to fret over
