I got my HTC ONE, brand ****ing new yesterday, within 24 hours i ****ed up the root and now it's a soft brick. I really, really like this phone and all hope seems lost. I've exhausted all my troubleshooting options.

I need to reinstall the OS so I can reattempt the root, unfortunately, I thought it would be easier then this. I'm with vodafone australia.

HBOOT - 1.55.0000
RADIO - 4A.21.3263.04
OpenDSP - v32.120.274.0909
OS - 3.63.980.2
I have access to the bootloader.

I tried using RUU_ENDEAVOR_U_ICS_40_Voda-Hutch_AU_1.29.862.11_Radio_1.1204.105.14_release_2 60561_signed.exe and it spat out a signature error. I could try using a Nandriod backup but I need to find somebody on the same network with the same phone as me to do this and sourcing the RUU was hard enough not to mention I had to wait for an hour for it to download only for it not to work anyways.

You are in the Verizon HTC One forums.
The regular HTC One forums is where you wanna be if you do have an HTC One.
If that is the case, then the RUU you downloaded is wrong as well, it's for the HTC One X.
The fact that it's ICS and not at least JB, is another big tip.

Sorry, I didn't know that you had a board for each phone + provider
