HTC one 801n is dead

Hi Guys,

i have a big problem with my mobile HTC one 801n

the first problem was with battery, it was end quickly,
when the present battery is 38% move at the moment and go to 14% and then go to 1% will die battery

i think do factory reset to will solve problem , but that is bad idea

now mo mobile on white picture

what's happening to solve this problem ?
how method to copy stock room to internal card mobile ?

It is not dead, just that you seem to have attempted something you have failed to mention

read these two threads, when you understand them you will be able to resolve you issue and I also expect the battery life to improve as well
