Default [RESOLVED]New HTC One does' t boot

Today i bought an HTC One and it doesn't boot, i put it in charge 10 minutes ago and nothing happens

was it new in the box ?
HTC One 32 GB AT&T (S-off, Unlocked, Rooted)

no, the clerk took it from the showcase, it was the last one (no one touched it before, it was protected by glass)
