I flashed Supernexus, and lost my Data connections. I searched for a place to maybe enter my apn settings, and there are non.

Any suggestions?

i take it you have a mez or showcase.. did you try Rom Konverter?
did you follow droidstyle's guide (if you were unsure of what to do)?

I have a Fascinate.... I just followed the guide from the post....Flashed via CWM, wiped, gapps...and the Data is gone. I can make calls, but no Data.

try flashing EH03 through Odin and see if you get data through there...
sometimes some phones just don't like custom ROMs
