Default Switching from sprint

Hey guys, due to my work I have to leave sprint. I have a choice between AT&T or Verizon.. I'm in Florida. I'm getting a note 3 (have one for sprint now).. But what one should I go with? I'm leaning towards Verizon because they do voice and data simultaneously.. Not sure if at&t can do that.. Thoughts?

DONATE TO ME
They can both do both simultaneously but Verizon has MUCH better 4G LTE coverage than anyone else so it's Verizon all the way
