Do you suggest any rom which is the best for our phone [JellyBean]
also do we have rom which has touchwiz interface ?

You have the problem :
Apps go to background on its own after seconds of opening it??

Have you done a Factory Reset?

Edit: No I haven't any problems.

Okay, if the problem comes back, try to make a factoy reset and flash the rom for a second time.
