Can anyone pls tell me the best kernel for my note 2 running 4.3 jelly bean with latest stock firmware and latest stock rom..its rooted..n have philz touch recovery 5

But dunno on stock rom.

I have got GT-N7100 with omni rom 4.4 kitkat and i want to install a custom kernel to swap my ext2int..which kernel will be best????

No idea for 4.4.
But I believe u shld find those aosp/cm kernel. Don't use tw kernel
