Default Minuum on a Gear (video)

Minuum Video

Just got this in one of their emails. Now I need to look up if anyone found a way to do SMS on a watch & relay it through the phone. I haven't had the need to look in a while..

I started looking into rooting/changing the launcher on my watch to Nova for this... BUT.. other then showing off, I can't see the real life use for the keyboard on the watch yet.

The main use I can see is for quick SMS, especially when in the car (at a red light) and I need to tap out the 3-5 word page.

Other then that - it would be better to just use the phone.

Will be keeping an eye on the sms thread, but not seeing much yet. Crossing fingers!

I just tried this keyboard on a Gear and I don't really like it.. Maybe I need to spend more time with it, but swiping on default Google Keyboard feels way better IMHO.
