HELP! how to restore to stock with broken usb?

Help. I rooted my friends phone last year and he has now a broken usb. he took it to sprint but they said he needs to change it back to stock before they can work on it. Ive searched but only found the files for at&t note 2. thanks

You were lied to by the Sprint store. Did you go to a company store?

Use this http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?p=36388145. Make sure you are using twrp and flash like a normal ROM. If you use any other recovery then it can cause issues which will require the use of Odin (thru USB) to fix.

yes its a corporate store.
