[Q] Help please! Problems with WiFi/Network on Android 4.3

Im from Mexico and i buy a galaxy note 2 with android 4.1.2, in this moment the phone works well but i decided to install android 4.3 indian rom and my problems start. My phone says " emergency calls only ", mi IMEI is correct, it start with 353771... and mi wifi works. I use this post to resolve my problems http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2539731 and my network return but my wifi stopped working and the wifi fix by dr ketan not working :crying:

I flash the rom of my country with odin but still not working the network, only wifi. These are the specs of my country rom:

i try to flash the mj5 bootloader with odin but the process cant be completed, it shows a message that says FAILED
