I'm in the uk on an unbranded phone and not to sure what this update is for.

I got that too. Other than the 'My Galaxy' app being updated, I can't tell any other obvious signs of change, yet.

Maybe a bit smother...?

I got it too I thought it was gonna be 4.4 but then I was soon disappointed lol

Got the 16.28mb yesterday:

SE For Android Status changed from _0014 to _0018. It's a security update.

I had the update but mines still _0014
