I have TEP+Repair on my account. I started having flaky BT around July, definitely after 12 month warranty, and I told them my phone was acting crap on BT. They confirmed that it was a known
issue and ordered a replacement, no fuss.
This was my second EVOLTE replacement. The first was replaced around September the year before for a failed LTE radio.
, have you had the EVOLTE more than 12 months? If you've had it less, then the replacement will [usually] be covered under manufacturer warranty, regardless of TEP, provided there is no sign of water damage.
